The History of Chinook Motorhomes:

Self-described as “The Sports Car of Motorhomes,” Chinook is one of the oldest names in the North American RV industry. For decades, the highly acclaimed Chinook name has been synonymous with luxurious interior craftsmanship and sleek, streamlined exterior design.

Founded in the late 1930s, recreational vehicle company Chinook produced Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes. Assembling motorhomes ranging in lengths from 17 to 27 feet, Chinook were designed as reasonably compact vehicles capable of being driven easily from home to campground. Discontinued in 2006, Chinook motorhomes continue to retain a sizable resale value compared to other equal competitors.
